SAFETY ENFORCEMENT POLICY
A Letter From The President and CEO of AMAHA Electrical INC.
It is the policy of AMAHA Electrical, Inc. to create a safe environment for its employees and clientele. Safety rules ARE NOT OPTIONAL. This is management’s responsibility as well as each and every Employee.
In the case of minor infractions it is our policy to provide the employee with three warnings to comply with our safety requirements and those of the client’s.Upon failure to comply after three warnings, employee shall be dismissed with a letter of explanation being sent to the local business agent.
In the case of a major infraction with the potential for the loss of life, limb, or eyesight an employee may be dismissed immediately.
These steps are necessary to make our safety program effective. We should all remember that safety saves!
